The symbol of peace & friendships.I love olives. And olive trees. I could eat olives with every meal, really. I could add them in every salad and sometimes, even in sauces. 
Olive trees are everywhere to be found in Greece. They offer great crops and oil as well as great shadows from the hot days of summer. They are simple, yet beautiful.
